At 3 Ghosts Trading, all sales are considered final due to the collectible and condition-sensitive nature of trading cards, sealed products, and collectibles.
Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
Singles & Slabs
- All card conditions are evaluated conservatively and to the best of our ability.
- Photos provided are considered part of the item description.
- Minor imperfections may exist due to the nature of collectible trading cards.
- To protect both buyers and sellers, all orders are documented prior to shipment.
Sealed Products
- Opened sealed products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Minor seal wear or manufacturer packaging imperfections do not qualify for refunds.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are securely packaged and shipped with tracking.
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
- 3 Ghosts Trading is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Damaged Packages
If an order arrives visibly damaged during transit, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- the packaging
- shipping label
- damaged contents
Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment.
